Oak City CrossFit is located in Raleigh, NC. We are a strength and conditioning program designed to enhance your level of fitness. We teach basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, basic gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting. We work with a wide range of people who are diverse in their sports, backgrounds, conditioning, and lives. CrossFit is our primary training method, and we focus our members on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains (cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy).
