Set up a Complimentary 1-on-1 Introduction
Everyone (regardless of CrossFit experience) who wants to start training with us is encouraged to do a 1-on-1 assessment. We want you to come check CrossFit out before having to commit. On the flipside, we want to get a sense of you too. We want to see how you move, how strong you are, and how much endurance you have so we can create a prescription for improvement.

There are no prerequisites to join.  We train everyone from aspiring Olympians to grandmothers.  We just want to get a sense of what you need as an individual.  We can’t possibly tell over the phone or email how fit you are and what you need before watching you move. We can schedule your introduction during our regular business hours or at a time that is convenient for you.

During your 1-on-1 session, we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for. We’ll explain CrossFit, how we train, and we’ll put you through a CrossFit workout with one of our coaches. We will get an idea of what your goals are and point you in the right direction.
