“I believe CrossFit is much better than just doing the routine workouts that you tend to get comfortable with on your own. The side benefit too (that I didn’t realize going in) is the social aspect of it. You meet people, work out with people, and get to know people… that just never happens (for me anyway) at a “regular” gym. Very happy that we joined Oak City CrossFit… the coaches are great and it’s been a cool place to get fit!”
